Happy Easter

I hope you all had a super Easter!

This morning Kiran told the whole Easter story to Kellen. I wish I could say that I taught it to her, but she must have learned it in Primary.

Then this evening during his prayers, Kellen prayed that we could remember Jesus and how he died on the hill with nails in his hands and in his feet.

Those were the highlights of our holiday.

Oh, and the deviled eggs.

Time for a New Post

Well, I figure someone's got to post something on here, so I'll just say something quick. I had the glucose test today. The weird orange drink wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but still, not my favorite. I think I passed the test ... the nurse who took me to the doctor's room said that everything looked normal, but they won't know for sure until the test is complete. But it's good to know that I don't have to worry about anything. I'll only hear back from them if the test is abnormal. Jr. is looking good; his heart rate was 146/bpm today. And I'm measuring right on schedule. So, even though I don't look fat yet, I'm measuring the right amount of 'fat.' ha ha Bottom line: everything looks great. I can't believe I only have three months left!

And congrats to Todd and Ashley again! :)

And Abbey: good luck with your last couple of weeks! can't wait to meet baby D!

We got our bridal pics. I guess they are supposed to be called groomals but I think that sounds funny so we are just going to call them bridals + Todd. I am getting married on Friday in case anyone didn't know.

If you want to see all the pics then go to ariaphotographyonline.com, click on website, then go to proofing, then text me for the password.

Big Week

It has been a big week for Grant. On Saturday he cut his first tooth. Yipee!

Last night he finally crawled. I screamed when I saw him, and it scared him. I have got to stop doing that.

The rash is almost gone! You should see how cute he is without it! You can really see those dimples now.

I think I am done nursing him. We will see how the night goes. If so, I am getting a donut tomorrow. A really big donut.

Kman's Fashion Sense

So Kman brought up his black sweatpants and a blue , gray and red hand-me down Tshirt from Zac that is way too big to wear to preschool today. I went down to his closet and brought up his red shirt that goes with the black pants and told him to wear that instead because it matched. He told me "Men don't care if they match." Then he put on the black sweatpants and striped shirt, and tucked the striped tshirt into his pants and said, "So no one will know it is too big." THEN he went outside to see if it was warm enough to wear his flip flops. He looks ridiculous.

Yesterday Blake and I took Reese, Logan, and Cooper to the cabin on the snowmobile with metal sled behind it. I thought I could stand on the back (it has a bar like a dog sled) while a couple of the boys rode on the sled with our stuff. Oh boy, what a ride. I was so sore from the bouncing up and down and trying to hold on. So, we got to the drive way and Blake was taking a wide circle so the snowmobile would be facing the right way when we leave, and...... you're not gonna believe this but he HIT a tree!!!!!!!! and where did I go? Over the bar and off the side doing a sideways twist and roll, OUCH!!!! Blake laughs. That is not all the fun I had, oh no, after I got down the hill to the cabin, not being abel to tell if I should go in the front or back door, I went to the front ( also to tell Logan not to go down the hill in front because he might sink) my left leg sunk clear to my ****
you know all the way and I was stuck. I call Blake on the cell phone (you gotta love cell phones)
he says just a minute. Then as snow is melting in my boot and freezing my leg, he, you guessed it, laughs and then proceeds to ask me why I was going in that way, he never goes in that door!!!!! this is a funny story, NOW.
So that you will not think it was all a bust, even though I am still sore.
The boys had a blast sledding down the drive way and making snow caves. We also had fun playing Go Fish, Slap Jack and Memory.
